Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome is a "living" history museum, where the airplanes are flown regularly to demonstrate what it was like "back when". They feature airshows every weekend They are only seasonally open, check their website for details on hours and dates. They are located on an airfield, but it is not "improved" by modern standards. Flying yourself in can be arranged, but only with a significant amount of prior preparation and briefings. Call them for more details.
